so the jet stream is actually dipping to the south just over texas. this entire region is being affected by that cooler pool of air, but the ridge of high pressure keeping us clear here on the east coast. so we're not seeing anything in terms of clouds or precipitation. the december chill definitely settling in tonight with our temperatures into the 20s and cooler in some of our areas in the burbs and to the east as well we're seeing that. the ridge of high pressure definitely in place, chilly conditions will continue. another day tomorrow where there's no shortage of sunshine. our high will be about 46 degrees. so we just climb a little bit, 30 degrees for the overnight low. that's going to continue until we hit our way through until the later part of the week when we have a system that will probably bring us a chance of showers by thursday. in the meantime for tomorrow sunshine, 43 degrees by midday and 41 by the time we hit the evening rush hour. clear night tonight, cold, 27, a lot easterly wind flow. tomorrow we're talking a high of 46 degrees, d

about temperatures in the 40s most of the end of this week and yeah, the snow is flying across west texas into central oklahoma. we've seen a little going through the st. louis area getting a little now on the far western edge of that precipitation through ohio and michigan. we'll watch this precip. as you can see, still out to our west just beginning to get a couple little showers here closer into the metro area. we'll check out our sentinel radar and that light shower activity just showing up now in the panhandle of west virginia and western maryland. we expect spotty showers overnight, mild, 52 degrees, mild again tomorrow with showers off and on through the day but keeping in mind that nice southwest wind will keep us warm for december. here's your planner, a cloudy day looking like today except we definitely sprinkle in more showers, light in the morning at 8 a.m., not everybody sees them at 8 in the morning. by noon a better chance of showers, by 4:00 about 60 degrees. that's with we expect to see a bit more and yeah, here come the showers later in the morning and a bit more widespr
